Easy check in process. Very little wait, arrived 15 minutes before time they had me scheduled.
Everyone from front desk to recovery was so nice and very thorough. The facility was immaculate. I was well taken care of.
Total Knee Replacement. Amazing experience! I received personal, kind and exceptional care at Riverfront Surgery Center. At all times, there was someone with me. The staff was upbeat and fully engaged in the prep for surgery. Surgery was conducted with excellent planning, prep, with a goal of the best possible result for the patient. My recovery was pleasant and I was attended to by Stephanie and she walked with me thru the entire process. She carefully explained what to expect for the next few days and how to properly use the medications I would have at home. I arrived at the surgery center at 6:30am, had surgery at 7:30am and was awake and beginning recovery by 9:00am. I am thankful to my providers for offering this surgical option. I truly believe my recovery will be improved because of the personal attention I have received during the surgery process. Thank you so much Dr. Higgins and team!
The process was not what I expected I was surprised by the attentiveness of the staff and the clarity of the procedure and Dr Sanders also greeted me prior to surgery which also put me at ease. Definitely would like to have my future procedures at that facility. Thank Dr and staff.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Riverfront Surgery Center, where I had a total knee replacement.I had no wait at all, and the staff was extremely kind, thorough, efficient, and expert and cheerful. Rachel, the CRNA, gave me some choices for my anesthesia which she explained completely so that I could understand and make my choice. Dr. Higgins was most reassuring and encouraging before he did the surgery. My husband was given clear updates while I was The aftercare was excellent too, and they made sure I was comfortable and stable before releasing me to my husband to take me home. A+++++!

Don't remember much but that's a good thing when having surgery haha. Dr Chrotowski and his team at team orthopedics / riverfront surgery center were all extremely nice and professional. My first ever surgery was a total hip replacement so I was definitely nervous but they made me feel safe and secure and couldn't have asked for a better team!

I was terrified going into my first surgery ever. As soon as I walked in, they made me feel at ease. The lady who did my IV was amazing! It didn't hurt at all! My nurse was awesome, and made me feel comfortable. It was an amazing experience. Dr Jolley was awesome! He talked to me and my family and explained everything. After surgery it feels like a miracle! I have no back pain for the first time I can remember! I only wish I would have done it sooner! I can't express how great the whole team was. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I've had 2 epidurals and a trial Spinal Cord Stimulator in the last three months at Riverfront Surgery Center and have had outstanding service with every visit. I highly recommend Riverfront Surgery Center.... update. Another successful experience at RFSC today.

I received great care for my surgical procedure at Riverfront Surgery Center for a Morton’s Neuroma with Dr.Jessie Doty on the 12th of December 2024. Two nurses in particular that were involved with my care were excellent. Their names were Ashley and Taylor. They took great care of me before and after my surgery. As did the doctor and anesthesiologist. I would definitely recommend River Front Surgery Center to anyone that needs to have a surgical procedure done. Riverfront Surgery Center was a highly rated experience for me! First, it was very easy to park. I was greeted and taken care of by amazingly nice, knowledgeable people. The nurses and doctors in the prep area were just as nice and thorough as the welcome coming in. I had no wait time at any point during my time there. I had a micro discectomy procedure with Dr. Jolley. Upon arrival, the front desk was very nice and thorough. I felt at ease right away as I was pretty nervous. When taken back to the pre-op area, the nurses were comforting and funny. They made the process fast and not as stressful. Dr. Jolley introduced himself and he is such a nice man! Very reassuring and great bed side manner. After surgery, I was treated with care. Like gentle care. I got home and cried because I havent been leg pain free in so many years. Thank you Dr, Jessica Scott and the rest of the team. I can enjoy life again.

Very clean, staff took excellent care while I was there making me comfortable in any way they could. Didn't have to ask for anything, they thought of everything from a heated blanket to having something to drink after surgery. Very happy with the outcome. They treated me like a family member.

The staff in the facility is top-notch! I was treated with the upmost care the entire time I was there. From the time I checked in to the time that I went back into surgery and into recovery and left every single person that I dealt with was incredibly kind, we had lots of laughs, and could definitely tell that they were sincere and genuine when they were treating me. I highly recommend the surgery center, they are truly one of the best! Oh, I want to add that it was very easy to find the surgery center, park, and enter. I did not have to deal with any crazy traffic, which is nice when you are scheduled for surgery and also trying to get home to recover.

I took a friend of mine in for surgery and it was a great experience from start to finish. First, admissions were fast, efficient, and very professional. Next, the surgical staff was very caring, professional, and very knowledgeable. Finally, our recovery nurse, Susan was the best. She was very professional, caring, knowledgeable, and efficient. Overall, the experience was great and I would highly recommend them.

My wife went in for back surgery. As driver/helper I was treated very well. The staff is friendly and informative. They have a phone/text system that keeps you up to date on where your patient is. This provides a bit of freedom to go for a walk, get something to eat, sit in your car etc. Discharge instructions were thorough and well explained. Surgeon explained how things went and expectations. We were blessed with successful outcomes on all counts.

Yesterday I met the most wonderful and caring group of people. From check in to check out, these wonderful people made a scary experience (scary for me as I had never had the procedure before) so much less scary. Their calm demeanor in discussing the upcoming procedure, I then became totally relaxed. Thank to the wonderful team of professionals that made me a part of their family.
All employees were very friendly, professional and my observation was that they all worked very well together. Like a well dialed in team. They made sure to keep patients happy and calm. The facility was very clean throughout. Overall I was very happy with the experience and I should apologize for my goofiness after waking from anesthesia but hopefully 🤞 they are used to it. Just happy my wife didn’t record it. lol 😆

I had a total hip replacement on 08/28/24 and I can’t say enough about this facility. It was clean and comfortable, even for the visitors who stayed during my surgery. The staff and nurses were unbelievably kind and understanding. They were so professional and took such good care of me, it was absolutely incredible!! My CRNA Russell put me at ease & explained everything that was going to happen & answered any questions I had was incredible!! Dr. Chrostowski my surgeon was absolutely brilliant & answered all my questions & put my mind at ease before the surgery!! My Team in the OR Dawn, Russell, Calvin, & Amanda were absolutely amazing & took excellent care of me throughout the entire surgery!!!!! This is the place to be for your outpatient surgery!!! They truly put the patient FIRST & the level of care you receive is Top Notch!!! There aren’t enough Stars ✨ for this amazing group of Professionals!!!! I had shoulder surgery with Dr. Daniel Doty yesterday at River Front Surgery Center. First of all thanks to Dr. Doty for a fantastic job he did. All of the pre and post op staff did a wonderful job in taking care of me. It took a little longer getting to working on me then I expected, but they kept me well informed. So thankful for a caring empathetic staff from check in to going home !!!

This was my second total knee replacement. The experience at Riverside was excellent. The staff (nurse Eddie - nurse Cat - everyone) was very professional and friendly. I told them to talk - about anything- soothe my nerves. That they did - even had a few laughs. They were not in a rush - even the anesthesiologist taking time to explain. Dr. John Chrostowski is an amazing surgeon, and I appreciate his helping me choose this center.
This was my 3rd procedure at Riverfront and just like the other two, everyone there is absolutely amazing! They definitely make a tough situation as joyful and easy as possible!

Unfortunately, this is the second time I've had to have knee surgery in the past year. Both were at Riverfront. When my Dr asked me where I would like my repair done. Immediately, I said, I preferred riverfront. I've had to have a few procedures in the past eight years(getting old is hard 😉). I've done Erlanger and Memorial. This place was so comforting and ALL the staff is amazing. Hopefully, I'm done with surgeries. If I ever need another, I will request riverfront.
They are wonderful very personal care .They see you as person and not the next in line . No shortage of smiles and are very willing to help any way they can.
Riverfront Surgery is a very nice/clean facility and everyone is so friendly! Tiffany has been my nurse twice and I absolutely love her! She is very personable and tries to put you at ease while prepping you for your procedure. The Team at Riverfront Surgery Center were fantastic! From the nice lady who checked me in made me and my wife feel comfortable. Very polite and courteous. Once I was taken back to start the nurse assigned me-Amy was so kind and explained everything that she was doing and when the doctor would come and talk to me.She was a true and kind professional. The Doctor of Anesthesia was awesome as well. Happen to be the young man's birthday! So thanks for celebrating with me and my new knee!The operating room nurse was also kind and made me feel comfortable. Lastly, Dr. Bonnard answering my last minute questions and made me feel super important to him as a patient and a person! Thank you all!
This facility is very clean. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Check in was quick and easy; front desk staff was very friendly and energetic. All of the nurses that helped me were wonderful and everything was explained to me very clearly before I had to go back for my procedure. I don’t remember much about recovery, but again, I do remember that the nurse that helped me was very kind and friendly. All in all, everyone in this facility did a wonderful job. If given the choice when you have a procedure to do, I would highly recommend this place.
Wow! What a beautiful, well-maintained and professional surgical center. Super friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff, caring nurses, anesthesiologists and Dr. Jolley was amazing repairing two degenerative discs in my neck! I was made to feel comfortable and treated with respect from the time I arrived thru discharge. Very organized, proficient, and was given clear verbal and written instructions for aftercare. For excellent care, service and personal attentiveness, I highly recommend their facility over the large hospital experience I had with back surgery 2 years ago. Kudos on a job well done!!!
The surgical center knows me as Susana Rizo-DellAmore, I had a shoulder repair yesterday and it really was the best experience that I've had so far here in Tennessee. Coming from Florida where employees really don't care about their work just there for the money, the employees at the Riverfront surgical center were all Fabulous, Courteous and explained everything someone should expect when your going to have a procedure done and I was very impressed with the staff in the front off as well! My Dr. Radford was awesome and all your staff in the surgical room too! I will give a high recommendation on this marvelous location and all your staff... My experience here was extremely flawless! I have NEVER been to a surgery center signed in and called back so quickly. The same thing goes for surgical staff I was taken back questioned liked the FBI just kidding but they were very thorough and covered all avenues to make sure there would be no hiccups during surgery . The surgery center staff were so accommodating and so nice always making sure that I was warmer comfortable and had everything I needed! Super nice! I talked with the nurse , doctor. anesthesiologist, another doctor and everyone in this facility checked all the boxes ! I was in and out in no time ! Dr Jay Jolley runs a tight ship with only top notch professional which is why my procedure was so seamless today. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!

The experience I had was wonderful. The nurses that worked with me were great. The Anesthesia nurse was very thorough and explained everything he was going to do. Everyone at Riverfront was extremely nice. It made a tough situation so much better. And Doctor Thomas Brown is the greatest. I highly recommend the Riverfront Surgery Center.
This surgery center was AMAZING! Comforting people who worked together to make my experience as ideal as could be for surgery. Patiently let me ask questions and treated me like i wasn't stupid or like they were doing me a favor. Wish all medical facilities were this good. Dr Boyd is everyone's dream doctor. Pleasant. Patience. Explains things in a way that you can understand. I always feel like i matter and that he truly does care about my progress. I had a really good team from the front staff to the recovery they knew I was nervous and helped to ease my nerves. I had elbow and hand surgery for my nerves. They showed compassion when I told them this was my first surgery and I am 45 years old and I was pooping kittens! Lol the nurses gave me something to help calm me and it was so much better! After the surgery everything was well explained to me and my husband! I'm now day after and I have minimal pain! Thank you all!

Everything went amazingly well. Very little waiting in the waiting room. Staff was professional, kind and friendly. They explained everything and answered all my questions. I felt much less anxious about the procedure as soon as I entered the facility.

This was the most amazing experience we have ever had for surgery. My husband had his second hip replacement (first in a hospital) and we were able to go home in 6 hours. And every single person working there was AMAZING. In particular Ashley and his other nurse. They helped me thru billing and getting things together. Could not have been better to me or my husband.Thank you guys!! Yall were all so amazing!!
I had a great experience at RiverfrontSurgery Center. My only complaint is, they had to many people arriving a 6am. It took almost 45.min to check in. Or have 2 people doing registration. Once back there they were ready for me. They took great care of me. I would recommend them to family and friends.
I had an appointment with this office yesterday, 2/22/24, for the first time and was very impressed. The entire staff, from the nurses to the doctors, were cordial, professional, and very helpful. I have never had a medical appointment that went so well. If I need any further medical procedures, I will definitely do my best to have them scheduled with this facility! My husband had back surgery on 11/1/23. Riverfront Surgery Center was awesome!!! We were greeted by a sweet and friendly receptionist. They kept me updated on my husband's procedure..Dr Jolley was so kind and explained everything he did. Eddie was the nurse that took care of Ken in post-op and he was great!! The location is easy to get in and out of and the waiting room upstairs has recliners and a TV while you are waiting. I would definitely recommend this facility!!!!

Everyone was very kind and courteous. They made sure I was comfortable and everything went as planned. Nurses were amazing! No issues getting an i.v. and anesthesiologist was was amazing as well! Dr. Bazrafshan explained everything very well and he's an amazing doctor!
My first time using this facility and I was very impressed. Facility was clean, comfortable and the staff was awesome. A sign located at the entrance to the parking lot would be extremely benefical to your first time patients.
I have had 31 surgeries in 44 years. This was my 31st at this center. And I pray that when I have more I have them here. If (God forbid) my family needed surgery that they could have it done here. Thank you guys and gals for the way you treated me and my wife who has waited thru more surgeries than pretty much anyone else. A lot of hospitals and surgery centers don’t treat waiting family with respect. You all did, it means a lot to someone having surgery that those loved ones are treated well also. I appreciate everything y’all did.

My dad Robert Bethune ask me to leave his review. The care he received was over the top. The staff was just overall top notch. Dr. Jolly is such a gifted doctor. Daddy was able to lay on his left side immediately when coming home from his surgery and hasn’t been able to do so in a long time. Also, he has had no leg or knee pain since the surgery. He is very encouraged after being in pain for 1 1/2 years. Thank you all so much!

Dr. Jolley and his staff are amazing! This is my second surgery with Dr. Jolley. My first fusion was done at Parkridge and I didn’t have any major complaints. But I am extremely happy for Dr. Jolley and his move to Riverfront. Clean, organized beautiful place and he brought with him an amazing, talented and kind staff! I would recommend them 1000% percent!
I don’t remember much because I was there for surgery, but the intake was awesome, the staff was top notch. My wife said that the waiting area was clean, comfortable, and made sure she was updated regularly on my surgery. I’m not making any plans to have to visit the staff again, but if I do, I’d schedule it here.

Full disclaimer- I am the administrator of the surgery center and this is as unbiased as I can be. Having surgery at the place where I work with the people I work with was the most calming surgical experience of my life. Some may think that when you take care of people you know they are given extra special treatment, but not with this staff! And that’s to say they truly treat all of their patients with the same amount of skill and compassion that I received - and you couldn’t ask for a better place to go!

I had to have my knee repaired and was very scared. The staff was amazing to me and kept me calm. Dr. Bernard has the best attitude and compassion towards his patients. Thank you all for everything. The only thing I will request is tv sets in the pre-op rooms so we patients can watch tv while try to remain calm.

Everything went great, the Doctors and Nurses, the girls at the desk 👍❤️ the hospital was the cleanest I’ve ever seen.We can not say enough how happy we are. Please share the Lord Jesus Christ with everyone, ❤️ from the Nabors family.
This is absolutely the best surgical unit I have ever been in, by far. If I have a choice about it, this will be where I will always go. Sydney at the front desk was very friendly checking me In. Alex called me back, very friendly, Treasury was awesome getting me ready for surgery. Jason the antithesis explained what all his job was to be about putting me under, awesome. I think his name was Eric, not sure. He was exceptional he woke me up and was so kind and helpful getting me setup to leave. Explained all that I couldn't do when I went home. Awesome personality. The whole staff exceptional. 10+ in my book

From the time I checked in to the time I left everybody was kind supportive and extremely attentive, and dr jolly was so sweet! He really out me at ease, my dad had the same surgery at his doctors and had to wear a neck brace for 12 weeks, when dr jolly told me I didn’t have to wear one I cried for joy! If I ever had surgery again I would totally use this place !
Dr. Jolly really cares about his patients. He and the staff have such a great bedside manner. I don’t trust many people with my grandmother but I would trust Dr.Jolly and staff.
This was my first visit. It’s a wonderful facility. From the first time the nurse called to go over pre-op to the recovery ❤️🩹 , to the discharge I was shown kindness. It’s very clean and location is great. The nursing staff was EXCELLENT. I can’t even describe the level of attention my nurse provided during my short stay there. I do not remember my nurses name however, she had long blonde hair and she has a twin sister. Her bedside mannerisms were top notch. I would highly recommend using this surgery center over others including the hospital.
My experience was nothing short of amazing! The facility was beautiful & so clean. The nurses were 5 ⭐️! Their care for me while I recovered and prior to surgery was phenomenal. I am so thankful for the expertise Dr. Chrostowski has in ortho surgery, my recovery is going amazing. Thank y’all at riverfront surgery center! ♥️
From the beginning at check it to being discharged I was treated with dignity and respect. These are most friendly and professional group of health care workers. The process was smooth and they took time to answer my questions and provide me with comfort and assurance. Dr. Jolley was excellent! Thank all so much. I was anxious but they all made it a lovely experience. Thank you all again!
From registration to discharge,everything was great! The nurses and anesthesiologist were pleasant to interact with and did a great job in prepping me for the operation and were equally as good while preparing me to go home. The surgeon was pleasant also and everything went smoothly.
Excellent, clean, beautiful facility! All the staff were friendly, professional and very welcoming. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. I'd go back there in a heartbeat if I had to have another day surgery.
My husband had knee replacement here. Everyone there, from the staff member at the front desk to the nurses and doctors were pleasant, knowledgeable and encouraging. The facility is top notch with clean and pleasant areas for both patients and their car givers. I will highly recommend this surgery center to all my friends.
First time I have ever been to this facility and they were absolutely the best! EVERYONE treated me so good and they were so nice and helped me feel relaxed before my surgery! Just cannot say how much I appreciate them! The place was so clean and of course I feel as if I had the best dr doing my surgery! They deserve a higher rating than 5 ! I was not disappointed in anything there!!
Staff are very kind & helpful. They actually act like they care about your concern & comfort. I love how they text or call you each step of the way during the procedure. The upstairs waiting area is great too with recliners & vending machines. If every surgery center were like this there'd be no complaints from anyone!
Definitely had another great experience at Riverfront surgery center. I highly recommend them. I’v been so blessed to be able to have my surgeries there. From the office staff to all nurses, anesthesiologist, nurse anesthetist and doctors are all 100% A++.Everyone truly care about their patient, and they make sure you are comfortable at all times. They go above and beyond and I only wish other hospitals (especially one of the local hospitals) would take care of patients as well as Riverfront Surgery Center.
Great atmosphere they made me feel welvome. Everyone that I came in contact with was very nice. They explained everything that they were going to do to me.. If I have to have any more surgeries I will come back to them.
Riverfront Surgery Center is an excellent place to have surgical procedures. The center is clean and spotless.From the front desk to the nurses, they were cordial and caring of patients.You are told everything they are doing prior to going to operating room.Dr Jolley is a great caring doctor.I would recommend Riverfront to family and friends. I give them the highest rating of 5 stars if I could I would say 10.Thank you for your excellent care.
The whole staff was excellent from front person to finish. Especially Dr. Bernard. He always seems compassionate and caring and truly wants to make you good as new. Now it’s up to me to put the work in to have a good outcome 😀
Everyone at Riverfront was awesome! Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable staff at check-in. Nurses were so kind and attentive: Treasure during pre-op, Sydney during operation, and Susan during post-op. The anesthesiologist, Jeff, was fabulous! Dr. Matt Bernard is the best!!! He has the best bedside manner and has made my life so much better with both knee replacements, six years apart, always using the best technologies available. I would not go anywhere else!
