From looking at the reviews before I went to Riverfront Surgery Center, I could only assume that they were all paid to give 5 star reviews. From the time I parked, with a very short walk , I was treated very kind and friendly by everyone, from the receptionist until I was rolled out the door with the utmost professionalism and genuine efficiency. Thank you, Dr. Brandon Boyd for using this facility. It is absolutely awesome. One day post surgery and my results are amazing.

The entire process was fantastic! Walked in at 6:25 am and I was greeted by a "friendly" person who completed my sign in. When I was about to sit down another friendly person asked me to come on back! They were on it...I had 3 people getting me ready, then Doctor Higgins came in asked me if I had any questions, and it was on!!! Surgery went great. Then in recovery the nurse talking care of me was super nice to me and my wife and Brother in law. Bringing us drinks and snacks until I was ready to go. The place was spotllessly clean too!!! I work in the retail industry, and customer service is something I know about...these folks are top notch! I will highly recommend Doctor Higgins and Riverfront Surgery Center to everyone!

I had an amazing experience today for my left shoulder surgery. The nurses, anesthesia team, and Dr. D. Doty were great! I'm difficult to get IV placement and the nurse got it on the first try which is huge in my book. She went slow and didn't get frustrated. I am usually stuck 3 or more times and referred to IV Team at hospitals.

I did my research, read mixed reviews, listened to different people with different experiences and decided I prefer BRAIN over bedside manner when it comes to something as major as putting the bones in my body back together. Fortunately my experience at this beautiful, well placed surgery center was both!! Front desk staff and check in 💯, nurses and surgery prep 💯, anesthesiologists 💯. Dr Jesse Doty… (to the point, busy guy and for a reason!), the man had to re architect my foot with a broken calcaneus (heel bone) and torn tendons and ligaments and I feel brand new first day post op opposed to the agonizing pain I went through post 8ft drop from a ladder. Well deserved hand shake to him after a refreshing wake up recovery and much respect to him and his entire staff. The man is a genius and I found him very professional and thorough. I am so thankful and grateful to God, him and everyone there. This was the place to be!! (If u have to be) haha! 😉 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Total Knee Replacement. Amazing experience! I received personal, kind and exceptional care at Riverfront Surgery Center. At all times, there was someone with me. The staff was upbeat and fully engaged in the prep for surgery. Surgery was conducted with excellent planning, prep, with a goal of the best possible result for the patient. My recovery was pleasant and I was attended to by Stephanie and she walked with me thru the entire process. She carefully explained what to expect for the next few days and how to properly use the medications I would have at home. I arrived at the surgery center at 6:30am, had surgery at 7:30am and was awake and beginning recovery by 9:00am. I am thankful to my providers for offering this surgical option. I truly believe my recovery will be improved because of the personal attention I have received during the surgery process. Thank you so much Dr. Higgins and team!

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at Riverfront Surgery Center, where I had a total knee replacement.
I had no wait at all, and the staff was extremely kind, thorough, efficient, and expert and cheerful. Rachel, the CRNA, gave me some choices for my anesthesia which she explained completely so that I could understand and make my choice. Dr. Higgins was most reassuring and encouraging before he did the surgery. My husband was given clear updates while I was The aftercare was excellent too, and they made sure I was comfortable and stable before releasing me to my husband to take me home. A+++++!

Don't remember much but that's a good thing when having surgery haha. Dr Chrotowski and his team at team orthopedics / riverfront surgery center were all extremely nice and professional. I was terrified going into my first surgery ever. As soon as I walked in, they made me feel at ease. The lady who did my IV was amazing! It didn't hurt at all! My nurse was awesome, and made me feel comfortable. It was an amazing experience. Dr Jolley was awesome! He talked to me and my family and explained everything. After surgery it feels like a miracle! I have no back pain for the first time I can remember! I only wish I would have done it sooner! I can't express how great the whole team was. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a micro discectomy procedure with Dr. Jolley. Upon arrival, the front desk was very nice and thorough. I felt at ease right away as I was pretty nervous. When taken back to the pre-op area, the nurses were comforting and funny. They made the process fast and not as stressful. Dr. Jolley introduced himself and he is such a nice man! Very reassuring and great bed side manner. After surgery, I was treated with care. Like gentle care. I got home and cried because I havent been leg pain free in so many years. The staff in the facility is top-notch! I was treated with the upmost care the entire time I was there. From the time I checked in to the time that I went back into surgery and into recovery and left every single person that I dealt with was incredibly kind, we had lots of laughs, and could definitely tell that they were sincere and genuine when they were treating me. I highly recommend the surgery center, they are truly one of the best! Oh, I want to add that it was very easy to find the surgery center, park, and enter. I did not have to deal with any crazy traffic, which is nice when you are scheduled for surgery and also trying to get home to recover.

My wife went in for back surgery. As driver/helper I was treated very well. The staff is friendly and informative. They have a phone/text system that keeps you up to date on where your patient is. This provides a bit of freedom to go for a walk, get something to eat, sit in your car etc. Discharge instructions were thorough and well explained. Surgeon explained how things went and expectations. We were blessed with successful outcomes on all counts.

I’ve had issues in the past with IVs and she was patient and very professional. I was given clear information regarding the anesthesia and my procedure.

I had a wonderful experience! They are upfront about the cost of the procedure and give you the full break down of the process. I had a really good team from the front staff to the recovery they knew I was nervous and helped to ease my nerves. I had elbow and hand surgery for my nerves. They showed compassion when I told them this was my first surgery and I am 45 years old and I was pooping kittens! Lol the nurses gave me something to help calm me and it was so much better! After the surgery everything was well explained to me and my husband! I'm now day after and I have minimal pain! Thank you all!

This was the most amazing experience we have ever had for surgery. My husband had his second hip replacement (first in a hospital) and we were able to go home in 6 hours. And every single person working there was AMAZING. In particular Ashley and his other nurse. They helped me thru billing and getting things together. Could not have been better to me or my husband.

I had a great experience at Riverfront
Surgery Center. My only complaint is, they had to many people arriving a 6am. It took almost 45.min to check in. Or have 2 people doing registration. Once back there they were ready for me. They took great care of me. I would recommend them to family and friends.

My husband had back surgery on 11/1/23. Riverfront Surgery Center was awesome!!! We were greeted by a sweet and friendly receptionist. They kept me updated on my husband's procedure..Dr Jolley was so kind and explained everything he did. Eddie was the nurse that took care of Ken in post-op and he was great!! The location is easy to get in and out of and the waiting room upstairs has recliners and a TV while you are waiting. I would definitely recommend this facility!!!!

My dad Robert Bethune ask me to leave his review. The care he received was over the top. The staff was just overall top notch. Dr. Jolly is such a gifted doctor. Daddy was able to lay on his left side immediately when coming home from his surgery and hasn’t been able to do so in a long time. Also, he has had no leg or knee pain since the surgery. Having surgery at the place where I work with the people I work with was the most calming surgical experience of my life. This is absolutely the best surgical unit I have ever been in, by far. If I have a choice about it, this will be where I will always go. Sydney at the front desk was very friendly checking me In. Alex called me back, very friendly, Treasury was awesome getting me ready for surgery. Jason the antithesis explained what all his job was to be about putting me under, awesome. I think his name was Eric, not sure. He was exceptional he woke me up and was so kind and helpful getting me setup to leave. Explained all that I couldn't do when I went home. Awesome personality. The whole staff exceptional. 10+ in my book

From the time I checked in to the time I left everybody was kind supportive and extremely attentive, and dr jolly was so sweet! He really out me at ease, my dad had the same surgery at his doctors and had to wear a neck brace for 12 weeks, when dr jolly told me I didn’t have to wear one I cried for joy! If I ever had surgery again I would totally use this place !

Dr. Jolly really cares about his patients. He and the staff have such a great bedside manner. I don’t trust many people with my grandmother but I would trust Dr.Jolly and staff.

This was my first visit. It’s a wonderful facility. From the first time the nurse called to go over pre-op to the recovery ❤️‍🩹 , to the discharge I was shown kindness. It’s very clean and location is great. The nursing staff was EXCELLENT. I can’t even describe the level of attention my nurse provided during my short stay there. I do not remember my nurses name however, she had long blonde hair and she has a twin sister. Her bedside mannerisms were top notch. I would highly recommend using this surgery center over others including the hospital.

My experience was nothing short of amazing! The facility was beautiful & so clean. The nurses were 5 ⭐️! Their care for me while I recovered and prior to surgery was phenomenal. I am so thankful for the expertise Dr. Chrostowski has in ortho surgery, my recovery is going amazing. Thank y’all at riverfront surgery center! ♥️

From the beginning at check it to being discharged I was treated with dignity and respect. These are most friendly and professional group of health care workers. The process was smooth and they took time to answer my questions and provide me with comfort and assurance. Dr. Jolley was excellent! Thank all so much. From registration to discharge,
everything was great! The nurses and anesthesiologist were pleasant to interact with and did a great job in prepping me for the operation and were equally as good while preparing me to go home. The surgeon was pleasant also and everything went smoothly.

My husband had knee replacement here. Everyone there, from the staff member at the front desk to the nurses and doctors were pleasant, knowledgeable and encouraging. The facility is top notch with clean and pleasant areas for both patients and their car givers. I will highly recommend this surgery center to all my friends.

First time I have ever been to this facility and they were absolutely the best! EVERYONE treated me so good and they were so nice and helped me feel relaxed before my surgery! Just cannot say how much I appreciate them! The place was so clean and of course I feel as if I had the best dr doing my surgery! They deserve a higher rating than 5 ! I was not disappointed in anything there!!

Staff are very kind & helpful. They actually act like they care about your concern & comfort. I love how they text or call you each step of the way during the procedure. The upstairs waiting area is great too with recliners & vending machines. If every surgery center were like this there'd be no complaints from anyone!

Definitely had another great experience at Riverfront surgery center. I highly recommend them. I’v been so blessed to be able to have my surgeries there. From the office staff to all nurses, anesthesiologist, nurse anesthetist and doctors are all 100% A++.
Everyone truly care about their patient, and they make sure you are comfortable at all times. They go above and beyond and I only wish other hospitals (especially one of the local hospitals) would take care of patients as well as Riverfront Surgery Center.

Riverfront Surgery Center is an excellent place to have surgical procedures. The center is clean and spotless.
From the front desk to the nurses, they were cordial and caring of patients.
You are told everything they are doing prior to going to operating room.
Dr Jolley is a great caring doctor.
I would recommend Riverfront to family and friends. I give them the highest rating of 5 stars if I could I would say 10.

The whole staff was excellent from front person to finish. Especially Dr. Bernard. He always seems compassionate and caring and truly wants to make you good as new. Now it’s up to me to put the work in to have a good outcome 😀

Everyone at Riverfront was awesome! Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable staff at check-in. Nurses were so kind and attentive: Treasure during pre-op, Sydney during operation, and Susan during post-op. The anesthesiologist, Jeff, was fabulous! Dr. Matt Bernard is the best!!! He has the best bedside manner and has made my life so much better with both knee replacements, six years apart, always using the best technologies available. I would not go anywhere else!
