Dr. Pacheco was raised in Miami, FL, where she graduated from Barry University with a Bachelor of Science degree and a minor in Chemistry. She was elected to the Tri-Beta National Honor Society and maintained honor status throughout her undergraduate career. She continued on to Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine where she graduated in the top of her class, obtaining various Academic and Merit Scholarships. Throughout her academic career in South Florida, she was involved in numerous volunteer activities within the large Hispanic community.

Dr. Pacheco completed her first choice, top level, three-year Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Residency training program at JFK Medical Center in Boynton Beach, FL. Applying her bilingual skills, she was able to assist the Spanish speaking community in the area, all of which enhanced her medical care and patient interaction. She served as Chief Resident in a highly demanding program involving advanced techniques on internal and external fixation, joint arthroscopy, diabetes wound care, and reconstructive surgery for the foot and ankle. During her residency training, she co-authored her programs first multi-center IRB approved study on the plantar-medial approach of Lapidus plating system, involving four residency programs across the country.

Dr. Pacheco is now the Chief Executive Officer and sole provider of Chattanooga Foot & Ankle, PLLC.

Dr. Pacheco is Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and Certified with the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. She is also a Diplomate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery and a member in good standing with the American Podiatric Medical Association, the Tennessee Podiatric Medical Association, and an Associate of the American Society of Podiatric Surgeons. Dr. Pacheco is on staff at Parkridge East, CHI Memorial, CHI Memorial Hixson and River Front Surgery Center.

Dr. Pacheco currently lives in Chattanooga, TN. Aside from her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 4 year old daughter and 2 year old son.
